General G. (eorge) E. Pickett signature on blue paper; probably a form of some type.

Pickett, a career army officer, joined the Confederate early in the war. He is best known for his futile charge on the third day of the battle of Gettysburg. Part of Lee’s overall plan to take Cemetery Hill; thereby gaining command of all the nearby roads. Although commonly referred to as “Pickett’s Charge,” the commander of the operation was James Longstreet.
