Offering a toy drum from the Civil War era.
The batter head and snare side are made of vellum, the shell is made of brass, the lugs are made of string, and the tension sliders are leather. The wooden sticks complete the set. These are all the original parts!
In very good condition, with some tarnish to the shell; one tension slider is broken.
A diminutive and charming relic. Things like this do not survive!
