The tintype bears skillfully hand-painted gold accents on the cap, buttons, and weaponry; mat features flowers and scrolls; housed in an ornate, debossed, velvet-lined, union case.

Very Good; bright and detailed metal, cushy velvet; image is slightly light, verso of case has some minor staining.
