A classic Abraham Lincoln full signature. 

On this date, Abraham Lincoln delivered his Annual Message to Congress, which proposed a constitutional amendment abolishing slavery. As well he appointed his Treasury Secretary, Salmon P. Chase, as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. 

Signature dark and clean; handsomely framed with a period engraving; three small nicks to the frame.
